By requesting services from Richmond Cleaning Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointments
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
Limitations
Richmond Cleaning Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that cannot be safely cleaned.
